Returns

Try HealthRing for 30 days after your ring is delivered. If it doesn't fit your routine — for any reason — send it back for a full refund. No restocking fee, no questions asked.

1. Email support@healthring.co.uk with your order number. We'll reply within one working day with a prepaid UK returns label.

2. Place the ring, dock and cable back in the original box. If you no longer have the packaging, any padded envelope will do — the ring is well protected on its own.

3. Drop it off at any Royal Mail post office or arrange a pickup using the label.

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Most refunds are processed within 3 working days.

Rings that show clear physical damage from misuse (deep scratches from impact, bent bodies, water ingress beyond the 100m rating). We'll always contact you before making a decision, and if we can't refund we return the ring to you at no cost.
