Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a HealthRing product from us or use the HealthRing companion app. They form a legal contract between you and HealthRing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT where applicable.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or when we cannot deliver to the address you provided. If we cancel, we refund in full.

We ship from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on the Shipping page.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact support and we will investigate with the carrier.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. See the Returns page for the process.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned ring in resaleable condition.

Every HealthRing includes a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. See the Warranty page for scope and exclusions.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

The HealthRing app is provided as a wellness tool. It is not a medical device and its outputs should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Beyond that, our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the affected product.
