Delivery

Every HealthRing order ships in two parts. First, we send a free sizing kit so you can find your perfect fit at home. Once you confirm your size, we dispatch your ring in your chosen finish.

Both parts are shipped from our London warehouse with Royal Mail Tracked 48. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as each parcel leaves us.

Sizing kit: usually 2–3 working days after your order.

HealthRing: usually 2–3 working days after you confirm your size.

Total time from order to ring on finger: typically 7–10 days.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

International shipping is coming soon. Join the waitlist on the Contact page to be notified.

UK delivery is free. The £140 price is what you pay at checkout — no surprise fees, no VAT added on top.

Royal Mail delays happen occasionally. If your parcel hasn't moved in 5 working days after dispatch, email support@healthring.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate. If it's genuinely lost in transit, we ship a replacement at our cost.
