2-year limited warranty

Every new HealthRing includes a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with materials, electronics, sensors and workmanship under normal daily use.

During the warranty period we will repair the ring, replace it with a working unit, or refund the purchase price at our discretion — whichever we can do most quickly.

Deep scratches, dents, and cosmetic wear from everyday use. Titanium is tough but not indestructible — a bit of character is normal.

Damage from impact, crushing, or use outside the stated water resistance (100m).

Loss or theft.

Rings bought second-hand or from unauthorised sellers.

Email support@healthring.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos help.

We'll send a prepaid UK returns label. Once the ring is with us, we usually resolve claims within 5 working days.

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It does not affect those rights.
